Dictator Kim Jong Il has stopped shaking in his little boots and given a response to the mildly worded “we will now try to enforce current sanctions” missive from the UN, Pres. Obama, and Hillary.  Was he contrite, willing to give into international sentiment that he not continue to develop nuclear weapons?  Not really.  He won’t let the inspectors in and will continue his nefarious pursuits.  So, where are those consequences that Pres. Obama promised when they fired off the missile?  Kim just upped the ante, will Obama fold or come up with another mildly worded response?
