First it was the giant stimulus package that would result in quick jobs for shovel ready projects, green energy, and help for those at risk.  Now it is Cap and Tax, once again couched as a jobs bill, expanding green energy.  It really is an income redistribution plan that taxes us so India and China can pollute and continue to grow.  Now there is a similar rush to pass a healthcare bill to put us all in lines to ration healthcare.  Obama is promising to handle Illegal Immigration/Amnesty to top off his first year. 

I have it on good authority that he will address time travel in his second year as he may need to go back in time and fix all fixes.
