Throwing Rocks at Eric Holder

Say there is a Tea Party being held outside the Department of Justice. Attorney General Eric Holder leaves his building to go to a nearby lovely restaurant for a much needed break from dismissing cases against New Black Panthers harassing voters and such. A young Tea Party supporter who has been arrested several times for defending the Constitution picks up some big rocks and throws them at the Attorney General. Should the secret service men take down the rock thrower? Isn’t this deadly force?

Substitute the President for the Attorney General. Substitute the Border Patrol Agent for the President.
