The new, sawed-off, chubby, boy man who inherited a really bad North Korean economy from his father evidently has a problem getting his missiles up.  It might be a hereditary condition.  Perhaps our virile PresBO can give him some viagra instead of the food aid that we told him we would send if he stopped playing with his missile.
