Executive privilege is invoked so now answers will take even longer.

Which is it, Mr. Eric Holder?  Simply a botched operation that resulted in the death of many people including a Border Patrol agent?  If this is so, why is your own internal investigation taking so long?  Or is it more, a cover-up that goes all the way to the top, not a botched operation, but a strategic operation  to bolster the argument for more gun control.  All e-mails after the DOJ had to walk back their lying statement that there was no gunwalking would be political in nature and not something that rises to executive privilege.

The DOJ delays all this stuff and then screams about it being an election year tactic of the Republicans.   This could have been over and done over a year ago, but someone at Justice didn’t want it to come out.
