A few years ago, PresBO signed an extention for Black Farmers to apply for large amounts of money to right the wrong of bad actors in the USDA. The USDA apparently discriminated against Black ranchers and farmers in loan requests. Next, the USDA paid out millions of dollars in fraudulent claims from blacks who never had a ranch or farm, yet found a way to milk the government for money. Just like all other government give-aways (no matter how well thought out) the payouts were rife with fraud and corruption. Breitbart did a lot of work on this scandal called the Pigford Settlement.

Earlier this week, part two of Pigford came in my rural mailbox. It is a glossy postcard telling us that if you are a Hispanic or Woman who was denied a loan, you have only a few months to turn in your claim. So here we go again. Bad oversight and fraud will be taking us for a ride again. It is only a matter of time before we see checks written to people who never even had a potted plant, much less a farm or ranch. I am going to go online and see what the claim form looks like. I planted some plants and I didn’t get a loan from the USDA so maybe I should get compensated for this.
