Fox News is reporting that British and American Diplomats are in danger in Libya. Two Marine response units in Italy are being put on alert in case they are needed to help evacuate these diplomats. This is what should happen.

For the last 6 months, we have been told there was no use sending in anyone to help save the 4 killed in Benghazi. No units were scrambled to our knowledge. We have been told that there was no help dispatched. No one was sent, yet somehow no one was told to Stand Down. Somehow, the drones with cameras could get to Benghazi, but no other planes, no troops, no Marines. I wonder how this call up of Marines is going down with the families of those killed in Benghazi. They were sacrificed for a Presidential campaign that told us Al Qaida was down for the count and GM was doing fine.
