Obama Whines about Popularity

Obama in 2014 whines about his popularity. Says it is because he is black. Not his policies. Only his skin color. He is at a low ebb. Wasn’t he black when he was at a high number prior to 2014? Are racists just figuring out he is black? Or are lots of people finally figuring out his policies are bad for America?
