Obama is 5 Million Jobs Short

While Pres. Obama goes around touting the unemployment number and the so-called Recovery, it turns out he is about 5 millions jobs created short. Meanwhile, the Oil Patch, and Oil Companies are laying people off. Those skilled people won’t have other jobs to go to. Their higher salaries will be gone.

This post was interesting. All the Obama stimulus promises are were a waste of money. Just like all the Obamacare promises about keeping your plan and your doctor. Just like that promise about the average family saving $2500 a year because of Obamacare.

Strike by Fast Food Workers

Dear Fast Food Worker:

Yeah, go ahead and strike. After all, you are a professional. This job flipping burgers and schlepping shakes is your dream job. It is what you went through 12 years of school for. Oh, I’m so sorry. You didn’t graduate from High School. But somehow, you knew it was what you wanted to be. A fast food worker.  A worker, not a supervisor or an assistant supervisor. Not a shift manager, and not a cashier, because you aren’t really good with money. But you are great with french fries after a three-month training period. Heaven knows how hard you work. That is why my order is always correct and fast.

Go ahead. Strike. There will be lots of 16 years olds who might like your job. And remember, if this silly ploy works, a lot of the increase in pay will go to the union you will end up joining. And if your job is in a poorer neighborhood and is close to your house, don’t look for that place to stay open. You are gonna have to take a bus or two now because the poor folks who live near you won’t be able to afford the hamburgers you flip, so the franchise will close. But that is ok. You are a professional burger flipper with a couple of kids and it is only right that you be paid $15 hour. Not everyone can fix a Big Mac. It takes a lot of book learnin’ to squirt that special sauce, you know. Prove to the world why you are now worth $15 an hour. After you take the cigarette break and call your parole officer.

A Middle Class Martha’s Vineyard Vacay!

So, Obama spent a few days on the campaign  spend taxpayer money trail telling us the Middle Class is his number one priority. He tells us over and over again that it is the last thing he thinks about going to sleep and the first thing he thinks about when he wakes up – Rebuilding the Middle Class, Growing the Middle Class, etc…  Or if you remember that line is used with all great needs, our security, or privacy, or poor employment numbers, Trayvon Martin, racism, asteroids that might hit the earth, etc.

So now, Obama has “speeched”, his version of action, and now it is time to vacation like the Middle Class. You know, he might just come to where I am “vacationing” right now, Lawton, OK. He might climb Mount Scott, or tour the Indian Museums, or spend the day splashing in Medicine Park. You know, act Middle Class. Not exactly. He and the family are back in Martha’s Vineyard staying the vacation home of a hedge fund manager. (Remember, last year when he was running, he didn’t go to Martha’s Vineyard because Romney was rich and he didn’t want to appear as a 1% kind of guy.

He loves the trappings of wealth, but just doesn’t understand how it comes to be.

Obama and the Pipeline

I have been out-of-pocket and really busy these last few weeks but I had to post something on Obama’s comments about the Keystone Pipeline. Yesterday, Obama derided the 50 permanent jobs the pipeline would create. As Steven Hayes said last night on Special Report, that is 50 more than Solyndra made. Obama said the pipeline wasn’t a jobs program because it will only result in 50 permanent jobs. A pipeline will employ thousands during the build out, but will eventually only provide employment for 50. Obama wants a “jobs program” from the government, and ignores the issue that the pipeline is not a government program, but rather an actual business that won’t cost the government money. In Obama’s warped view of things, only a government program is the answer to high unemployment. Only government spending and stimulus can create jobs.

Also today, economic growth numbers have come out again in the anemic range. They even lowered the growth numbers of the first quarter again. Without the oil industry growth, these GNP numbers would be even bleaker. Obama seems not to understand the government jobs suck life out of the economy, while companies and corporations create jobs that benefit the economy. His answer is always more spending or investment.

State of the Union is Denial

The state of the union is Denial. The price of gas is up, again. The price of food will follow suite again. Unemployment is actually around 14%. Obama wants to spend more and more. He wants to enroll your kids in government pre-school so union teachers can help shape their minds. He wants to tax and tax, spend and spend. He wants illegal aliens to get the few jobs available. He wants them to get food stamps. He wants to “invest” borrowed money tilting at windmills. He says it won’t cost anything.

We are more than 16 trillion in debt. We are in denial.

Obama’s Job Council Member Lays Off 5000+

Obama’s hand-picked Jobs Council member, Ken Chenault, announces more lay-offs from American Express. Of course, the council rarely meets, and when they do meet, Obama ignores their recommendations. Kinda like the Bowles-Simpson Debt Reduction report that Obama can’t seem to follow. Do not get me wrong. American Express is not evil, nor is Ken Chenault. They have every right and responsiblity to lay-off workers. Maybe someone in the business media should ask how many contract workers/temporary workers American Express now uses from the ranks of former Amex employees.

Perhaps, Ken Chenault should resign from the Jobs Council. At least this explains why Ken wasn’t chosen by PresBO to be Treasury Secretary. The questions would have to be asked and the answers are real favorable for PresBO.

PresBO is pretty certain that not enough people are going to college. He thinks you should go. He thinks you should borrow money to go. It won’t be a problem if you graduate with $50,000 in debt and have to live in your parent’s basement.  Obama’s recovery will help you. Here is a scary sign of things to come. Bold Obama

Since his re-election in November, PresBO doesn’t even have to pretend anymore. The MSM aids and abets his every move.  Here is what may go down:

1. He has made the Republicans eat a shit sandwich and will continue to serve up more and more crap and force them down the Republican’s collective throat.

2. His so-called “balanced” bill that is not at all balanced. The bill he just passed was $1 in cuts for every $41 in new taxes. Now that is balance. The CBO says the bill will result in higher deficits.

3.  He will make sure the upcoming downgrade in our bond rating will somehow be blamed on the Republicans.

4. He just gave congress a raise by edict.

5. He will support taking our guns away.

6. He will not cut any government spending or “investment”.

7. He just flew back to Hawaii. His vacay will cost us $7 million.

8. He is going to nominate Chuck Hagel for Sec. of Defense. He doesn’t even have to pretend to like Israel now.

9. The MSM will continue to spin bad job numbers for as long as PresBO is in office. The economy will barely grow or effectively stall,  but the MSM will call it a good recovery.

10. His campaign still asks for money and sends out lots of e-mails. I predict Michele will run.

11. He paid off Hollywood, green energy, and lots of others in the crap sandwich for the fiscal cliff.

12. Michele is making a travel list and we will get a really big bill for her travel. She didn’t go any place glamorous last year because it wouldn’t have looked good while the campaign was going on. Now she and the girls will travel expensively and expansively.

13. There will be no cuts to entitlements.

14. John Kerry/Obama will give Putin whatever he wants.

15. Obama’s EPA will shut down fracking, the only bright light in our economy.

16. Obamaphones will be joined by Obama I-pads, Obama Nikes, and Obama College Degrees. Stupid women will stand in line to get Obama Birth Control Pills.

17. The Military will be neutered.

18. The Democrat controlled Senate will change the fillibuster so some Constitution haters can serve on the Supreme Court. There will be no way to stop them.

19. Our children may never recover from this Bold Obama.

Tax the Rich – It Won’t Fix Anything

Go ahead. Pass the higher taxes on the rich. It is a victory without truth. Obama wants only to tax the rich. Revenues will not go up. They will go down. Even if the revenue does come in, it will only run the government for less than 10 days. BFD.

Keep kicking the can down the road. Obama knows that this is the easiest and least effective way to get something done. He wants all Republicans to bow down and lick his shoes.

Obama may rue the day he gets this trophy. Because very soon, he will have to cut, cut and cut. A recession  is looming. His anemic recovery needs new drugs to keep going, more wasted stimulus. He will have to cut entitlements. He doesn’t care about the military cuts. He wants a weak America. So later, after a few more downgrades and poor employment numbers, he will have to make cuts. The public who loves taxing the rich won’t like this. He didn’t campaign on cutting anything. He even told Letterman and lots of others that the fix is easy. Just tax the rich.

Meanwhile, his dirty little secret, Obamacare, will start taxing us all. Bend over and grab your ankles, all  of our taxes are going up.
