Kimberlin Aided by Clueless Judge

Posted by madjillmom on May 30, 2012

It is a travesty that Brett Kimberlin has been aided in lawfare harassment of Aaron Walker on Tuesday, May 29th.  Apparently freedom of speech is not a real issue for the retired judge who evidently has no understanding of the internet.  If one felon can use his jailhouse law degree to have a conservative blogger jailed, we are living in a  place where the Constitution is not a player.  Oh, wait.  Obama is President and the Constitution is pretty much null and void.  I hope someone will help Aaron Walker and all those being harassed by Brett Kimberlin.  I hope further that Brett Kimberlin will be found guilty of perjury and sentenced to serve time for that perjury.  Someone has to put a stop to this.

If Barbra Streisand gives money to Brett Kimberlin and he uses that money to commit a crime, is Barbra an accessory to that crime?  Same for Teresa Heinz Kerry, whose yacht is still in Rhode Island avoiding Massachusett’s taxes.  Same for George Soros.

Fox News touched on the “Swatting” issue today.  No one but bloggers have discussed the Brett Kimberlin issue.

Juan Williams and NPR

Posted by madjillmom on October 21, 2010

NPR has fired Juan Williams for saying what most of us would say.  He basically said that he feels anxiety if he is on a plane with identifiable muslims (those in traditional dress).  CAIR, the most active “Muslims are Victims” group got into the mix and told NPR that Juan should be punished for what he said on The O’Reilly Factor. I think the left leaning NPR is caving to the pressure from Muslim groups who have been known to threaten anyone who says something against Islam or Muslims.  We wouldn’t want a bomb to be set off in the lobby of NPR.  I also think that the huge contribution from George Soros to hire more journalists to combat Fox is part of the mix here.

I really got my fixation on politics from listening to NPR.  This was well over 20 years ago and I could see it as a left biased entity.  NPR can now join MSNBC in the category of “totally in the pocket of the liberal left”.

I watch Juan Williams on Fox day after day.  I yell at him sometimes.  He has gotten the shaft on this deal.  I hope he sues NPR.  They have let other news analysts say outrageous things about conservatives for years with no dismissals.

Does the Stock Market love Obama’s Stimulus Bill?

Posted by madjillmom on February 16, 2009

I am not certain that the stock market really likes the plans that Pres. Obama is bringing forth in a real piecemeal fashion.  It was clear on Friday the 13th that the Stimulus Bill was a done deal.  The market fell again on Friday, reflecting a 5% drop since Pres. Obama came into office. On Tuesday, Sec. of the Treasury gave us the rough, theoretical overview of the outline (written in pencil only) of TARP 2 and the market didn’t like it or didn’t like the “deer in the headlights” style of presentation.  It fell almost 400 points that day.  This week, we look forward to the signing of the Stimulus Bill (in Denver on Tuesday, why?), Pres. Obama’s plan to do something about foreclosures,  and the Big Three (ha,ha) plan to be financially solvent.  I feel like we are waiting for the Obama financial plan centipede to drop the next shoe.

I thought by this time all the plans would be out there.  I thought George Soros and Warren Buffett would be out there throwing money at the market.  Where are they?  The president they supported is in office now, better pull some money out from “somewhere” (see posting for 2/10 posting – Tax Cuts Accorging to Obama) and prop him up before more of us lose confidence in his ability to fix anything.
