Remember in February, Pres. Obama told Bill O’Reilly, with certainty, that there was not “a smidgen of corruption” in the IRS Tea Party Scandal. He told us this in certainty. Perhaps this is because he already knew that all the email that could tell us the whole story was destroyed already. So maybe there wasn’t a smidgen of corruption because there isn’t a smidgen of email remaining.
Also, he knew the fix was in at the Justice Department where the woman heading the “investigation” is in the tank for Obama. Perhaps the IRS Commissioner tipped Obama off about the missing emails. Now nobody believes those emails weren’t destroyed on purpose. The fish rots from the head and the MSM can’t smell it.
Meanwhile, the IRS is convicted of funneling taxpayer information to Obama’s campaign in 2012. Not a smidgen of integrity is more like it.

A 80 year-old NBA franchise owner, Donald Sterling, tells his young mistress (with 3 different aliases) some awful racist things during a phone conversation that was probably illegally taped. The man has a history of racism that evidently has been well known. This same man was to receive a NAACP Lifetime Achievement Award even with this known history. Evidently, you can buy an NAACP award. What this man told his “sweet young thing” was reprehensible. So now the NBA is suspending him for life, fining him $2.5 million, and is trying to force him to sell his franchise. The man is most certainly a racist. But he hasn’t broken the law in regard to his NBA franchise. Is Charles Barkley now calling for an all-black NBA?
About a month ago, gay rights groups ran the CEO of Mozilla out of town and out of his job for giving a contribution to a group supporting traditional marriage. This man did nothing illegal, but evidently he couldn’t be left alone to run a company.
College campuses all over the nation scheme to make it hard for those with conservative thoughts to participate in the debate. College fees won’t fund conservative speakers, conservative newspapers are stolen and confiscated, conservative speakers are sent away or heckled. Rutgers is trying to push Condoleeza Rice out. Brandeis un-invited Hirsi Ali because of complaints about her stand on Islam.
The IRS decides after signals from Obama about the Citizens United Supreme Court decision that conservative tea-party groups are to suffer at the hands of a politicized behemoth government agency.
The thought police are here.

One day after Gov. Chris Christie is exonerated in an internal investigation over the bridge lane closure incident, the Dems are calling foul on the investigation because the governor’s office hired the legal team and the head lawyer of the investigation, Randy M. Maestro, a lifelong Democrat, met Gov. Christi once upon a time.
These same Dems tell us that having Barbara Bosserman at DOJ, a civil rights lawyer, investigating the IRS Tea Party Scandal is not at all tainted by the fact that Barbara Bosserman is an Obama supporter who maxed out in ($6000 range) her giving to Obama’s campaign. No bias or impropriety there, no, sir!
Can someone check to see if Randy M. Maestro maxed out in giving to Chris Christie’s campaign in the past? Did he ever give a dime to Chris Christie?
There are two more biased investigations on the Bridgegate affair, one run by the New Jersey State Legislature (Dem), and the other run by the most politically biased DOJ ever. How much would you like to bet that the DOJ has a much bigger and higher funded investigation of Gov. Christie than they do on the IRS Tea Party Scandal.
Remember, Obama has already told us that there is not a smidgen of anything illegal in the IRS Tea Party Scandal.

Lois Lerner is pleading her 5th Amendment rights again in the IRS Tea Party Scandal. Didn’t she hear Pres. Obama tell us all there was not a smidgen of illegal activity there. Why not talk?

Evidently being educated at Harvard makes it very hard to hear anything other than liberal views. Read this article about a Harvard Senior telling us all that she and her liberal ilk should shut down academic research in the name of “justice” according to her liberal views. Now that is real critical thinking. Freedom is a scary thing if you have to hear opposing views, especially in the rarefied air of Harvard University.
This woman has a great future in Obama’s IRS! She will be very comfortable using the power of the Government to quash opponents. Sen. Shumer and Pres. Obama should give her a call.

I was catching up on some WSJ this weekend and read a short article about the Justice Department Monitor assigned to Apple. If you are not in the know about this, Apple was assigned a monitor by the Justice Department for possible wrong doing in colluding to fix prices of e-books. There have been quite a few editorials on the wide ranging fishing that this Apple monitor is doing. The monitor is said to be throwing his weight around, investigating lots of stuff that isn’t in his prevue or mission. Thus, Apple has asked that the monitor be put under their control because the monitor is expanding messing where he shouldn’t be. So, the Justice Department has told them that they cannot put the monitor under Apple’s control because that would be a big conflict of interest. They can’t control the monitor because the monitor can’t work for Apple, he must be independent.
Ok, that makes sense. If Apple needs a monitor, the monitor should not be on Apple’s payroll, or the investigation is tainted.
Ok, now to the IRS Tea Party Scandal. Atty. General Eric Holder says there is no conflict of interest in putting a big Obama supporter, Barbara Bosserman, in change of the investigation. No conflict of interest there at all. No problem. Further, the WSJ has reported that there will be no indictments on this scandal. And, last night, Pres. Obama told Bill O’Reilly there is no “smidgen of corruption” in the IRS Scandal. How does the President know this? Is the investigation over? Is someone giving Obama inside information about the investigation? They haven’t even interviewed the victims of the IRS political bias. The 150 plus visits by the head of the IRS (the husband of a huge Democratic Activist) at the White House have not been explained. The Justice Department has put a person with a big political bias, in Obama’s favor, in charge of an investigation into the political bias of the IRS, once again in favor of Obama. And Obama tells us to trust him when he says there is no scandal there, only the bias of Fox News.
This Justice Department is a joke.

There were at least 1000 Tea Party protesters rallying in DC today. IRS Sharpshooters with AR-15s were stationed on nearby rooftops. LOL

Ok. I am a Tea Party supporter. I have attended a few Tea Parties in the area. I get email and I have written a few checks. I have made some homemade signs to display at Tea Party. And today, I wake up to find out that our cell phone records are being turned over to Obama’s Big Brother Government.
Janet Napolitano, Sec. of Homeland Security, has told us people who believe in the Constitution are extremists. Pres. Obama has said that these groups are a threat to the Government.
I believe in smaller government. Is our government data mining for calls to terrorists and radical Islamists or are they checking to find out if I communicate with people who support the Tea Party movement?

Both Becky Gerritson and Sandra Fluke went before Congressional Committees.
Becky Gerritson told the IRS Tea Party scandal House Committee that she has the right to political speech. She told them the IRS was trying to take away the political speech of people and groups that expressed conservative and small government principles. She told them they better fix it.
Sandra Fluke was brought before a “bogus Healthcare Committee composed of all Democrats” where she whined that she should receive free birth control because she is a woman, a poor student (who just got back from a Spring Break trip to Europe), who just couldn’t afford the $10 a month fee for the Pill. She demanded that a Catholic University subsidize her Pills.
