Obama Releases Info on Special Forces Raid – Why?

Posted by madjillmom on August 20, 2014

This evening, in order to look strong and involved, Obama let us know that he had Ok’d a special forces raid into Syria earlier this summer to rescue some American hostages. This included James Foley, the journalist beheaded by ISIS/ISIL. Why would Obama let this information out? The only benefit is to his reputation. Now, he has tipped of ISIS and Syria about doing it. He has touted an effort that failed. He wants to look proactive and strong. He needs something to balance the golf and vacay pics.

Hasn’t he just killed the other hostages by talking about a secret mission? Look for more awful videos of ISIS killing people in the name of Allah.

Send Elizabeth Warren to Iraq

Posted by madjillmom on August 11, 2014

Elizabeth Warren, the future Presidential nominee, came out a few days ago and told us all that there must be a way to diplomatically handle the ISIS Army threat. I think that is a great idea. Send Elizabeth Warren, along with her ancestral tribal wisdom, to Iraq so she can reason with ISIS. Perhaps she can talk to them just after they take down the latest batch of crucified victims and just before they bury alive a few hundred Yazidis. I am sure they will listen to her.

If that doesn’t work out, maybe she can go find the 7-year-old son of an Australian Islamist fighting in Syria and change his mind about Christians and Jews. This young boy proudly used two hands to hold up the decapitated head of another Muslim that his father’s people had killed. Yeah, there must be a diplomatic way to solve this war with Barbarians.

Obama’s Inconvenient Benghazi

Posted by madjillmom on May 20, 2014

Benghazi is an inconvenience for Barack. Too bad. Here is how it seemed to go down.

Obama decides to go into Benghazi because there were reports on TV that thousands were being killed by Colonel Gaddafi. We were told that the bodies were stacking up. We didn’t see them, but that was what we were told. Worried that this might be a Rwanda thing, Pres. Obama decides, on his own, to go in with air strikes.

It was supposed to take a few weeks, but it took 6 months. Costs explode due to the time it took. Obama thought this would be a slam dunk and it was the right time, not to close to re-election. This was the first inconvenience about Obama’s policy.

Colonel Gaddafi is shot in a ditch. Obama calls it all good.

OK, so now some more inconvenience comes Obama’s way. Libya has been spiraling downhill since Obama called it all great. Weapons given to fight Gaddafi have fallen into the wrong hands. There are lots of attacks. Attacks on diplomats. Great Britain pulls out. There are even attacks on the compound in Benghazi. But nothing is done. The State Department and Hillary are very busy traveling the world and putting in very expensive electric car charging stations in Europe.

It is about 6 weeks out from the 2012 election, and things are about to get really inconvenient for Barack. The Benghazi compound is attacked and overrun with the Ambassador in residence. Why was he there on 9/11? There is very little security, even though the Ambassador has been asking for more over and over again. Ambassador killed, another American killed. Fight goes to CIA Annex next. Two more Americans killed. No response from the military. Was Obama too busy to order the military to the area to dissuade further killings? Obama is probably working on debate prep. He has a campaign event tomorrow in Las Vegas. Gosh, darn. This is really inconvenient. Thank goodness the press is in his corner. They spend 3 days castigating Romney for his comments on the death of 4 Americans rather than investigating what the President and the administration was doing about the attack.

The White House goes into Campaign mode. Quick, blame the video. Tell the families that they died because a Coptic Christian put up a video that Islam finds offensive. Make a commercial for $70,000 to run in Pakistan even though you know that the video wasn’t he problem. Send Susan Rice out to lie. Monkey with the talking points. Take out anything that makes Obama or Hillary look bad. Gosh, this is darn inconvenient, but it seems to be working.

Even a year later, let Hillary pull out the lie before congress. What does it matter now? Obama won reelection. Why sweat it. Don’t give the memos to congress, just keep stalling until you can say “Dude, that is like two whole years ago.”

Oh, so inconvenient for Obama. His mini-war has wrought death and distraction, lies and more lies. Today, Libya is in great turmoil. Will Obama take some of the credit for it? Because the deaths now in Libya and most of the carnage in Syria are a direct result of Obama’s foreign policy “doctrine”. After Libya, and Obama’s chosen action there that went bad and is still going bad, Obama is so impotent in Syria. He draws red lines and blood runs down the street. The bodies are really stacking up in Syria.

Lots and lots of questions unanswered about Benghazi. Lots of chaos still there and all over Libya. Lots of killing in Syria. How very inconvenient.

Rap/Hip Hop and the State Department

Posted by madjillmom on January 31, 2014

The State Department is having a rapper over to speak to the ranks of diplomats about Rap and Hip Hop. What a waste of time, money, and effort. What bullshit! Go ahead, waste your time.

Next time you are dealing with despots like Assad and Putin, just consider what you learned in this fascinating interview promoted by the State Department. I am sure it will help keep Iran nuclear free. I am certainly convinced that it will stack the deck against the ever stronger Putin. Further, I am sure that it will make dealings in deepest, darkest Africa so much better for having a greater understanding of the black experience in our inner cities. I bet this is just the “think outside the box” kinda thing that will finally allow Israel and Palestinians to work it all out somehow? How will this help anything? It certainly won’t bring back the 4 killed in Benghazi who didn’t have enough security while the State Department promoted electric cars in Austria at a great expense.

The world will laugh in John Kerry’s recently remodeled face. Mission out of control. Fire the person who thinks this is how to upgrade diplomats. Or maybe if the rapper raised some money for Obama, he can be Ambassador to some great African country like Kenya.

Syria and Russia Dupe Obama Again

Posted by madjillmom on January 31, 2014

With less than 2 weeks to go, Syria has only given up less than 5% of their chemical weapons in the agreement with Kerry/Obama. They still have 95% to give over for destruction. The State Department admits that Syria/Assad is stalling and yanking their chain, with the backing of Putin/Russia. So Obama is back to square one, weaker than before, having rubbed out his red line when he turned in cowardice and sought a diplomatic option they knew wouldn’t work when Kerry misspoke at a meeting with the Russians. Iran has watched how this is done. Make a diplomatic deal, don’t follow thru, cook up a bomb and deposit it on Israel all while Obama does a song and dance about how he won’t let Iran go nuclear.

Putin – Stronger

Assad – Stronger, still in power, and he lied about how much chemical weapons he actually has

Iran – Stronger and disputing all the claims of Obama about their deal that we can’t read. (Why is the deal secret?)

Obama – Arrogant, Secretive (on Iran deal), and much Weaker. His half-brother wants Israel wiped off the face of the earth (the scarf incident) and I think he would be just fine if the Islamic Republic of Iran (he calls them this all the time) got the bomb.

Pivoting to the Economy Again

Posted by madjillmom on September 16, 2013

Oh, too bad, so sad. Pres. Obama was going out to give another speech to pivot from the embarrassing Syria issue to the embarrassing and anemic economic recovery, once again. But sadly, he is delayed due to the Naval Yard shootings. The White House has taken pains to tell us that Obama is being kept abreast of the attack that will probably be deemed workplace violence no matter what it really is. How sad to be abruptly halted in his newest “pivot” to the economy. Stopping mid-pivot could wreak havoc on his back. Remember how many times we have been told it is his number 1 focus.

Update:  Obama has come out to talk about employment and has reassured us that he has been briefed on the Naval Yard “incident”. He was not playing golf or cards (Bin Laden takedown) or basketball during this crisis. Neither was he sleeping or preparing for a campaign trip to Vegas. He is on top of this.  Now he is reminding us of his “it could have been worse” saving of the economy.

Mimi Pelosi and her 5 year-old Grandson

Posted by madjillmom on September 4, 2013

Former Speaker San Fran Nan tell us why she supports a strike on Assad by telling us about her conversation with her little grandson. How touching.

Here is what USA Today had to say about her visit with Assad in Syria in 2007:

“We came in friendship, hope, and determined that the road to Damascus is a road to peace,” Pelosi told reporters after her talks with Assad.

Hey, Nancy, did you tell him just how charming Assad was when you visited him in 2007. Did you tell him how then Pres. Bush did not approve of your outreach to Assad at the time. Did you tell him how you were pretending to be the Sec. of State instead of Speaker of the House. Did you tell your grandson just how Assad fooled you into thinking that he was a reformer. Did you explain that you had a really nice time with a war criminal who should be prosecuted by the Hague. No, you were too busy telling people that Bush was a war criminal.

Sec. of State John Kerry, weren’t you able to spot Assad’s Nazi Uniform under his western suit at your lovely dinner in 2009? Did Teresa and Mrs. Assad discuss the latest trends in Paris fashion as you and Assad shared cigars and brandy and world politics? Maybe you too need a young grandchild to help you form your opinions in 2009.

And even Hillary, looking to Assad the Reformer for help in manipulating the Middle East.

Obama Threads the Syrian Needle

Posted by madjillmom on August 31, 2013

Obama announced that he will ask for a congressional vote to punish Assad with a limited attack for gassing his people a second time. So he will use congress this time to get him out of it. He probably won’t win consent to bomb Syria. He certainly won’t win consent before traveling to Russia and facing that bored student Putin this coming week. So he will look strong, but won’t actually have to do anything. He hasn’t gotten any real coalition to speak of. He hasn’t gotten popular support. He is scared of Putin. He is going to tell us later that he just can’t go around congress on this issue even though he has gone around congress on appointments, EPA restrictions, immigration reform, ObamaCare, Gun Control, and the Defense of Marriage Act. Remember, he is King when he wants to be.

All that show of indignation and concern over Assad and chemical weapons, all that chest thumping and Pres. Kerry oratory, all that “we will go it alone if we have to” was all for nothing. Obama doesn’t have the balls. Assad wins.

Obama and Syrian Gas Attack

Posted by madjillmom on August 29, 2013

Obama is loudly pounding his chest and saber-rattling over the second gas attack attributed to Bashar Assad in Syria. Film and photos make it impossible to ignore like the last time Assad did this a few months back. So for more than a week, the noise will echo in the news and press rooms. Obama now looks weak. He has to do something, but China, Iran, and Russia tell him not to. Obama talks about a coalition and the UN. But he looks too weak. He will have to do something.  Look for more saber-rattling for a while. A few phone calls will be made 24 hrs prior to a strategic strike. Damage will be done to some installation, but there won’t be any or many bodies since the Administration will leak the attack. Obama may even make a prime-time appearance to announce the attack. With a great deal of luck, Assad won’t line up sheet wrapped bodies, Russia’s Putin (the bored student) will hopefully not do anything but play with the Reset Button, China won’t do anything but squawk, and maybe Obama doesn’t look like an idiot. Or maybe Iran and Syria nuke Israel. What a mess. Can’t blame it on Bush. Obama drew the red line, not Bush.

Truths that are Always and Forever…

Posted by madjillmom on August 26, 2013

Other than death and taxes, there are few truths that will withstand time moving forward. Here are some truths for today:

Miley Cyrus is a modest, God-fearing, virgin who conducts herself as a role model.

Pres. Obama knows exactly what to do about Syria.

ObamaCare will work really well and it will cost less.

Know one will ever know just why Major Nidal Hassan killed all those people at Ft. Hood. It is a mystery that the trial just didn’t bring out.

Benghazi was brought about by an offensive video.

Welfare works to bring people out of poverty.

A gun killed that Australian college student in Duncan, OK. Guns are evil. Race and culture had nothing to do with it.

I will sleep better tonight knowing that there are some things we can really count on. Ultimate truths still exist.
