Obama is 5 Million Jobs Short

Posted by madjillmom on January 19, 2015

While Pres. Obama goes around touting the unemployment number and the so-called Recovery, it turns out he is about 5 millions jobs created short. Meanwhile, the Oil Patch, and Oil Companies are laying people off. Those skilled people won’t have other jobs to go to. Their higher salaries will be gone.

This post was interesting. All the Obama stimulus promises are were a waste of money. Just like all the Obamacare promises about keeping your plan and your doctor. Just like that promise about the average family saving $2500 a year because of Obamacare.

Obama’s Biggest Mistake

Posted by madjillmom on July 13, 2012

It wasn’t pushing through Obamacare with no bi-partisan votes. It wasn’t letting the Dems write-up a ridiculous Stimulus package that didn’t do the job and indebted our children and our children’s children. It wasn’t his evolving flip-flops on gay marriage. It wasn’t his arrogance when meeting with the opposition and telling them tough nouggies, “I won”. It wasn’t winning the Nobel Peace Prize for doing nothing. It wasn’t his apology tour. It wasn’t backing the Arab Spring to an Islamic nightmare. It wasn’t speaking about “police acting stupidly” before you knew the facts. It wasn’t expensive vacations in Martha’s Vineyard.  It wasn’t polling to get a dog. It wasn’t throwing contract law out the window and screwing the GM and Chrysler bondholders in favor of the UAW. It isn’t his penchant for taking credit for the good and blaming Bush for all the bad. It isn’t the crappy unemployment numbers and the college graduates working as janitors. It isn’t more people on food stamps and disability than ever before. It isn’t ten programs instituted to help the housing/foreclosure crisis that do nothing but extend the pain and agony. It isn’t his genuine inability to understand what creates a job. No, none of that.

It was the fact that he didn’t TALK ENOUGH and give us stupid people a better storyline of his fabulous policies. If he can just talk enough, we will re-elect him.  Gosh, his analysis is so spot on.

Plus don’t forget, Romney is rich.

Obamacare Survives and Taxes

Posted by madjillmom on June 28, 2012

Now we have the worst of all worlds.  President Obama will come out in a while and spike the football.  At least the way forward is clear. Repeal this monster.  A living Obamacare is a job killer.  Obama has given the middle class the largest tax increase ever.  Jobs are dead.  Long live Obamacare.

Sarah Jessica Parker, Anna Wintour, and Obama

Posted by madjillmom on June 14, 2012

I really didn’t pay attention to the dueling speeches in Ohio today.  One from Obama and one from Romney.  But I am waiting on pins and needles to see if I am the chosen one to go to the high dollar fundraiser at SJP’s house.  I’m pretty sure that if I am chosen, I will be able to get a job because Obama is so close to so many elitists and Hollywood Stars.

Maybe I could get my husband and I a gig raising 101 Dalmatians for a new Anna Wintour coat.

Obama has a Meeting with Young Stars

Posted by madjillmom on June 8, 2012

While on his campaign swing through California this week, PresBO took time to meet with two dozen young stars. Something should be inserted here about Nero fiddling while Rome burns.  I saw the list of people he met with and I don’t know a single one.  Yet strangely, I feel Obama is more out of touch than I am. Obama is pretty busy working with stars and elites like Anna Wintour and Sarah Jessica Parker.  Only now, we have had 3 plus years of bad policies from Obama and his fascination with the in crowd wears quite thin.  Particularly when your husband is unemployed for the first time in his adult life.

How does Obama have time to meet with young stars?  Isn’t he supposed to be working on jobs?

Obama and Jobs

Posted by madjillmom on June 4, 2012

After last weeks job numbers, Jake Tapper asks if Obama knows how people are feeling.  Carney tells us Obama is not concerned about keeping his job, he is all about jobs for us.  Oh, wait.  He can’t really do much today because he is having a fundraiser (or 3) tonight with Sarah Jessica Parker/Sex in the City and Anna Wintour/Cruella DeVille.  You  may have to wait awhile for him to come up with a jobs plan that can pass.  The 1% at his fundraisers have jobs.

Zero Unemployment

Posted by madjillmom on May 4, 2012

If we want 0% unemployment, all those looking for jobs should just quit looking for jobs.  That is what happened today.  Jobs created were about 120,000.  That is a massively anemic number.  The reason that the bogus unemployment number ticked down 1/10 of 1% was because 3 time the jobs number totally dropped out of the employment market.  So, if you want Obama to bask in good numbers, stop looking for work.  Statistics are an amazing thing.

Good News for Obama

Posted by madjillmom on April 29, 2012

1.  UK slips back into recession.  Don’t let anyone pay attention to these worldly concerns.

2.  Spain and Greece still suck and the EU won’t be able to bail them out.  Maybe this can keep under the radar until November.

3.  Houses in 16 of 20 markets continue to fall in price and your last plan to fix it, another task force, hasn’t even had a meeting yet.  No biggy, you got some mileage out of the announcement.

4.  Little inflation unless you buy gas or food.

5.  Unemployment trend is going in wrong direction again.  But this can be fixed by a few million people dropping out of the work force.  After all this is the best way to get the unemployment rate to go down, don’t you know.

6. Economy grew at 2.2 rate 1st quarter rather than the “expert” expectation of 2.6.  Of course, this is much lower than the 3% rate of growth 4th quarter rate in 2011. Kinda a favorite of your’s, slow jamming the economy.

7.  Your EPA guy spoke the truth about your policy about fossil fuel energy but only conservative bloggers and Fox watchers really care.

8.  The New York Times has decided they were a little too enamored of you the last time and that they need to do a better job vetting both you and your policies this time.  No need to panic, it’s a ruse and you know they are incapable of actually being critical of you for any real issue.

9.  VP Biden knows that once you go black, you can’t go back.  This regards the big stick you carry.

10.  The voting age youth get most of their news from Comedy Shows.  You are in the clear.

11.  Air Force One is a great way to campaign.  You should know, you have done twice the fundraisers as GWB at the same time in his term.  You love campaigning.  It is so much easier than actually governing.  Second only to golf.

12.  Cool beats Competent, doesn’t it?

Obama Courting Youth

Posted by madjillmom on April 25, 2012

While campaigning on the taxpayer dime, hopping and hoping from campus to campus, promising low-cost college loans and low-cost colleges, PresBO is trying to recapture the clueless magic of 4 years ago.  Of course, 4 years ago, he was campaigning rather than voting to lower the interest rate on college loans.  Now it seems to be of major importance to him.  Then, not so much.

Then he goes on the Fallon show to remind us all what a cool guy he is.  He is asked the hard questions.  “If Romney was here, what would you say to him?”  Obama reply “Hi, Mitt.” Gosh, the man is a real genius.  If you are a college student and watching this, you must now be persuaded that a good job isn’t that important, but having a cool President with snappy, brilliant replies like this is key to your future.

Further, in my e-mail is some Obama campaign pleas to send $3 for a lottery for a soiree with PresBO and George Clooney.  OMG, I will have to send in some money because I am an idiot and this is just way too cool.

The world is going to hell in a hand basket, and we are all supposed to be swayed by this BS.  Meanwhile, the government keeps growing, the government will run out of money before the election because they spend too much, unemployment is really at a much higher rate than the government reports, and our children have a mountain of debt for their future.  That’s really cool.

White House Women’s Forum

Posted by madjillmom on April 6, 2012

I just went to the whitehouse.gov website to read PresBO’s address to the trumpeted White House Women’s Forum.  First, I wanted to know who was attending.  That isn’t listed on the website as far as I can see.  I did go to #WomenEconForum on twitter and the posts were 9 to 1 against the Obama plan.  Then I read over the speech he gave.

It consisted of this approximately:

Blah, blah, blah, women creating chaos…  I married a great woman, but now I am outnumbered…   That is why I have a dog,,. Equal Pay, Republicans want you barefoot and pregnant… Then something about dry cleaning…

Thank goodness he talks to us.  We are so important to him.  He wants our votes.

I am a woman.  PresBO having a women’s forum in the White House does nothing to help me.  It gives Obama a chance to give a speech, but it doesn’t get my husband, myself, or my college graduate son living at home a job.  It doesn’t fill up my gas tank or bring down the cost of hamburger meat.  Perhaps the forum had some seminar on cooking for your twenty somethings on a budget.

By the way, I could have watched the forum online.  But the stimulus money that was supposed to help eliminate the rural digital divide was used by some B grade actors to produce a soap opera only available on the internet.  Strangely, I can’t watch that video of the forum or the soap opera because my internet is too slow and expensive to do that.  Thank you massive stimulus plan and Joe Biden for making sure the money was spent wisely.
